Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, or fax during business hours of Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, and Friday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST. Orders will be confirmed by email or fax with an invoice.
Invoices may be paid by check, C.O.D., wire transfer, Western Union, Money Order, PayPal (additional fees apply when using credit card), or billed on 30-day terms with signed credit application. Credit cards are not accepted.
Most orders are shipped the same day from one of our two locations: American R.O. in Kentucky or Midwest R.O. in Illinois. Purchase orders needing Next Day Delivery service must be received by 3:30 PM EST.
