Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, or fax during business hours of Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, and Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST. Orders will be confirmed by email or fax with an invoice.
Invoices may be paid by check, C.O.D., wire transfer, Western Union, Money Order, or billed on 30-day terms with signed credit application. Credit cards are not accepted.
Most orders are shipped the same day from one of our four locations: American R.O. in Kentucky, Midwest R.O. in Illinois, Atlantic R.O. in North Carolina, and Pacific R.O. in California.
