Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail, by clicking contact/place order button located on left side of web page, or fax during business hours of Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, and Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST. Orders will be confirmed by email or fax with an invoice. Orders must be received prior to 3:30 PM EST to ship same day.

Invoices may be paid by check, C.O.D., Wire Transfer, Western Union, Money Order, PayPal (additional fees apply when using credit card), or billed on 30-day terms with signed credit application. Credit cards are not accepted.

Most orders are shipped the same day from one of our two locations: American R.O. in Kentucky or Midwest R.O. in Illinois. Purchase orders needing Next Day Delivery service must be received by 3:30 PM EST. Standard and Expedited shipping are available for domestic and international orders. International options: Door to door, door to airport , and door to sea port, with DDP & DDU available. We have discounted rates with all major carriers.
